Your machine is not in our export list? We can assess building a custom NC post-processor for it. Every machine is assessed individually — no single post works with every machine.

- ✓CNC machine make and model
- ✓Controller: brand, model, firmware and configuration
- ✓Machine axes, travel limits, units and coordinate conventions
- ✓Tool change and tool numbering, spindle and auxiliary M-codes
- ✓Homing and safety behaviour
- ✓The programming manual or post-processor specification from the machine maker (where you may share it)
- ✓A few sample NC programs that have run successfully on that machine
Only send documents you are allowed to share. Do not send a supplier's confidential material without permission.

Send your request
Fill in the machine details and attach documents and sample NC files.

Assessment
We review the documents and may ask for more before accepting.

Written quote
Scope, price, timeframe and testing are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Build the post
We develop or configure NC output for the agreed controller and machine.

Test on the machine
Simulation, dry runs and supervised tests on the actual machine.

Acceptance
Production use only after the tests pass and are confirmed in writing.
Safety first
Never run an unverified NC file for unattended production. First runs must be supervised and must not use valuable workpieces.
