Terms of Use

1. The Service

The Service lets you draw a room, place cabinets, view the design in 2D, elevation and 3D, and save your designs.

Free version: you can design, place cabinets and view in 3D. Detailed dimension annotations are hidden, and saving, exporting and downloading files are not available.

Paid plan: the paid plan includes design, saving files and downloading files, with all design features. The nesting feature is only for estimating materials — how much board and how many sheets you will use — and must not be used to produce files for manufacturing machines.

2. Designs and estimates are not manufacturing instructions

Designs, dimensions, sheet counts and costs shown by the Service are estimates to help you plan. They are not a quote, a measure-up or manufacturing instructions.

Before ordering or building anything, measurements must be checked on site by a qualified person. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on an estimate without that check.

3. Your account

You must give accurate details (including a valid email address and mobile number) and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

One account and one free trial per person or business. We may refuse a trial or close accounts created to obtain repeated trials.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the permission of a parent, guardian or the business you represent.

4. Paid plans, free trial and billing

Paid plans are weekly or monthly subscriptions. Prices are shown in Australian dollars on the pricing page before you subscribe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Free trial: new subscribers may receive a free trial of 7 days with full paid features. A card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically at the end of the trial for the plan you chose, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your card is charged until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage / cancel plan). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep paid access until then and are not charged again.

If a payment fails, or your subscription is cancelled or ends, your account returns to the free version. Your saved designs are kept, and become available again when you subscribe.

We do not give refunds for part of a billing period, except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

If we change a plan's price, we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your subscription. You can cancel before then.

5. Saved designs and storage

Each paid account can store up to 50 designs on our servers. Please download copies of important designs as a backup.

You own your designs. You give us permission to store, copy and process them only to provide the Service to you.

If an account has been closed, or has been unpaid and unused for more than 12 months, we may delete its saved designs after giving 30 days' notice by email.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: do not share your account, copy or resell the Service or its cabinet library, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, cabinet library, models and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through the Service.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under law.

Where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will notify you by email before it applies.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
